Thoughts are powerful. They permeate our brain. There is research out there that describes the science of the brain and the chemicals your thoughts create which muster emotions.
Sometimes, I have to stop myself, when I am overcome by emotion and remember that my emotions started with my thoughts.
THOUGHTS form your emotions and soon chemicals swirl about in the brain. These thoughts, escape with your emotion, start to define your WORDS. This combination affect your ATTITUDE. Attitude determines your ACTION.
The good new is: YOU CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS.
It can be done and I do not know why they do not teach this at school. There are a lot of resources out there to help us, learn to control our thoughts. Let’s live forward. Let’s live peacefully. Let’s think happy thoughts.
